PATRICK EMERLING PARTNERS WITH LEGACY SENSORS AT MICHIGAN

MOORESVILLE, NC, 15, 2024 – NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Patrick Emerling today announced he is partnering with Legacy Sensors for this Saturday’s Cabo Wabo 250 at Michigan International Speedway. This marks Emerling’s 14th primary marketing partner in the 15 races he has run this season.

“Legacy Sensors are a new product just hitting the market. We’re excited to partner with Patrick to showcase our sensors to the millions of NASCAR fans,” said Robb Boden, co-founder of Legacy Sensors. “Like Patrick and NASCAR, we’re using the tech of today to create a legacy for tomorrow.”

Legacy Sensors created an innovative smart smoke sensor designed to revolutionize safety monitoring in residential and commercial spaces, primarily serving the hospitality industry. The state-of-the-art devices are equipped with advanced sensors that can detect cigarette, marijuana and vape smoke; gunshot and excessive noise; as well as a multitude of unsafe gases. Real-time alerts enable swift action from emergency response systems and management, resulting in less downtime, increased chargeback success rate and fewer online complaints.

With Legacy Sensors, you can protect your property, comply with non-smoking regulations, and address noise complaints swiftly and efficiently. Trust their technology to uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring your guests enjoy a restful and pleasant stay.

“These legacy sensors are a pretty cool product,” said Emerling. “As someone who owns multiple residential and commercial rental properties, I can definitely see a big advantage in installing these to keep my tenants and their property safe.”

Additionally, Emerling will welcome back season-long partners SimForge, which sells sim racing equipment and accessories, and Frontline Optics, a San Diego sunglass brand owned by a retired firefighter.

“Coming off a four-week Olympic break, it almost feels like we’re starting a new Xfinity season,” said Emerling. “The racing gods have not been kind of us this season. But I’ve had really solid runs in the Whelen Tour over the break. I’m looking at Michigan as a fresh start in the Xfinity Series and plan to carry my momentum from the modifieds over to Xfinity.”

The Cabo Wabo 250 (125 laps | 250 miles) is the 21st of 33 NASCAR Xfinity Series races on the 2024 schedule. Practice begins on Friday, August 16 at 3:30 p.m. Qualifying immediately follows at 4:30 p.m. The field is set to take the green flag on Saturday, August 17 shortly after 4:30 p.m. with live coverage on the USA Network, the Motor Racing Network (Radio), and SiriusXM NASCAR Channel 90. All times are local (Eastern).
